Over the weeks we will discuss the various methods of communicating with Spirit.

Samantha Hull, based in Little Waltham, Essex, has a wealth of over 13 years experience in the healing arts. She offers a Healing Foundation Course for anyone interested in growing spiritually: suitable for individuals and practicing complementary therapists.

There will be five course days to attend which are set into different modules to incorporate all you need to know to increase your healing knowledge and experience. During the course days different topics will be covered and you will be given plenty of time to give and receive healing in a supportive and relaxed environment. You will receive different assignments which will be part of your overall assessment. Throughout the course you will begin to see positive changes in yourself and situations around you. At the end of the course you will feel confident in channeling this wonderful energy into the world in areas which will fulfill you. Different practitioners will be brought into some of the course days to eleborate on subjects including crystals and colour healing and auras (aura photos at additional cost). Angels are often credited with bringing the gift of magic to humanity. Calling on the energy of angels, this workshop is ideal for all healers & lightworkers who would like to learn more about practical magic use & how it can benefit them in their work.
The day starts with a grounding Angelic meditation and creating a sacred angelic space for the day's workshop. This is followed by an introduction to magic & the use of energy. We finish the morning session with a meditation to meet your angelic magic guide.
After lunch we explore angelic sigils, magical correspondences, angel cards as a tool for magic & angelic candle magic. By the end of the day you will have a good grounding in magic & will have cast your first angel spell.
Refreshments (drinks and light snacks) will be available throughout the day but you should bring your own lunch.
Price includes tuition, handouts, materials during the day and angel altar set. There will be a chance to purchase angelic and magic gifts.

Every year we wish to integrate positive changes into our lives and this course can help you do just that. This is helpful for beginners and also people who have meditated before and are keen to get back on track again.
Over the 6 weeks we cover focus meditation, guided meditation, how to prepare your self and your space, the benefits, stress management, positive affirmations, aromatherapy, massage and energy healing. You will be given handouts every week which will develop into a full manual for you to keep and help you practise after the course.
