"Soulseat" was formed by Usui Reiki Masters Maureen Yetton and Thomas Clark.
We set up Soulseat as a centre that provides a high quality of training in Reiki [ Original Usui system],
Meditation, and Transformation.
We teach with the emphasis on the practical and spiritual side of our workshops, which reflects our very strong personal commitment to the healing that is brought about by the students undergoing exercises that bring the participants issues to the surface. With this material, and the teachings we hope to bring about more understanding of how these issues became a part of us, we then hope this will help our course members to transcend the duality of them and their problems.
We also offer workshops in meditation, helping students to incorporate the practise of meditation into every day life to relieve stress and improve health.Thomas and maureen have studied Meditation with Rigpa UK and have received Teachings from Sogyal Rinpoche {Auther of Tibetan Book Of Living And Dying}Although our Practise is Buddhist based, we try to bring a universal aproach to our practise and workshops{we do not teach Tibetan or any other direct practice of meditation} . We also welcome all styles and practises to our meditation evenings.
Transformation workshops are seen as a very intense and important part of ones spiritual path, and those serious on developing their selves and awareness should be drawn towards the enviroment that these workshops provide. It is important not to explain too deeply the process and content of the course, but important that one feels and trusts it is the right step for them to take.
